Learn from us.
With mentorship from all our departments, you’ll learn to strategize and develop new content, design using professional software, write code for websites, or track marketing campaigns across various platforms.
If you’re pursuing or recently completed a degree in graphic design, writing, mass communications, marketing, digital marketing, computer science or a related field and you’re interested in gaining experience at a brand marketing and advertising agency—let’s talk.
Mission interns aren’t sent on coffee runs (unless you’re craving a caffeine boost yourself). You’ll collaborate across departments on higher education, sports, destinations and attractions, and consumer goods brands. And, in addition to the experience, you’ll get professional connections and new work for your portfolio, plus you’ll get paid.
Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at everything that goes into an internship at Mission.
We offer internships in marketing strategy and account management, project management, copywriting, design, web development, and marketing analytics. Each intern reports to one department, but gets exposure to them all through meetings and shadowing sessions. We want you to understand how we collaborate to create work that comes from the heart, mind, and gut.
As a Mission intern, your input is valued and you’ll make important contributions to real-world projects. And, in turn, we’ll be here for you throughout the summer and beyond. So, go ahead and pick a copywriter’s brain at lunch or hit up an account strategist for resumé advice. We want to help you learn and grow your skills, but also be a contributing player to our team.
